Mid-July - Mid-August Vegetable Availability

Cucumber, Eggplant, Okra, Peppers, Pumpkins, Winter/Summer Squash, and Tomatoes will be available between mid-July and mid-August.

Mid-September; Late January - Early February Vegetable Availability

Artichokes, Asian Greens (Pak Choi, Mizuna, Tatsoi, etc.), Arugula, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Red/Green Cabbage, Cauliflower, Kale, Leeks, Lettuce, Mustard Greens, Spinach, and Swiss Chard will be available in mid-September, late-January, and early-February.
